Leasey started because the people who build residual and money factor tables for a living were tired of watching those tables used as a sales tool. Everything that sets your payment is on this website, in arithmetic you can check.

Our founder spent over a decade running remarketing for a regional dealer group in Georgia, which means she spent a decade forecasting what cars would be worth in three years and then watching those forecasts used to make a monthly payment look small on a whiteboard. Residual value is the largest single input to a lease payment and almost nobody buying a car is ever told what it is.
Leasey was built around the opposite habit. The residual table is published per car and per term. The money factor is printed next to every price with its APR conversion. The mileage bands are shown as residual adjustments rather than as fees, because that is what they actually are. The wear and tear standards are measurements. The cost of every exit is on the site before you start.
None of that makes us the cheapest way to hold a car. Financing a car and keeping it for seven years is almost always cheaper, and there is a page on this site that shows you exactly when that crossover happens. What a subscription buys is the ability to stop, and the removal of the six or seven separate bills that make running a car unpredictable.
We do not mark up money factors. We do not charge a disposition fee. We do not write "normal wear and tear" into an agreement without defining it. We do not quote a payment without telling you the term and the mileage band it assumes, which is why every price on this site carries that line underneath it.

Every car on this site lists its money factor and the APR it converts to. A finance cost you cannot see is a finance cost you cannot judge.
Return standards are written in inches and 32nds of an inch. Two reasonable people should reach the same answer about the same door ding.
Every way out of a subscription is costed before you start, including the ones that cost us money.
High mileage, cheap insurance and a long ownership horizon mean you should finance. The desk is told to say so.

Founder
Ran remarketing for a regional dealer group for eleven years and got tired of watching residual forecasts be used as a sales tool rather than a disclosure.

Head of Fleet
Buys every car on the programme, decides which trim we standardise on, and argues with manufacturers about allocation on a weekly basis.

Member Desk Lead
Runs the team that answers the phone. If you call about a swap, an invoice or a stone chip, this is the desk that picks up.

Pricing
Builds the money factor and residual tables the calculators on this site run on, and writes the arithmetic out longhand so members can check it.

Service and Returns
Owns the return standards document and the inspection process. Decided that every threshold should be a number rather than a judgement call.

Hub Operations
Keeps the three hubs stocked and the handover slots running on time, including the hitch checks nobody else bothers with.

If a figure on this site does not make sense, call and ask. The desk can explain how any price on any page was built, line by line, because they use the same calculator you do.
