Quotes, estimates and bookings

Prices, estimates and availability shown online are indicative until confirmed in writing by our team. Final pricing depends on an assessment of your specific needs. Bookings are confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from us.

Cancellations

Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any applicable cancellation terms will be explained when your booking is confirmed.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Subscription terms, sample figures and availability

Every price, rate, residual value, money factor, fee and mileage figure published on this website is a sample used to illustrate how a subscription payment is built. It is not an offer of credit and it is not a quote. Actual terms depend on credit approval, the vehicle we are able to source and your county tax position.

Vehicle availability changes weekly. A car shown on this site as part of the fleet does not mean a specific example is available on the day you apply.

Offers are samples, subject to credit approval.
Mileage bands, over-mileage rates and wear thresholds are those in your signed agreement, not those on this website.
Insurance is provided under a commercial fleet policy and is subject to that policy's terms and exclusions.
Early exit, swap and transfer charges are those set out in your agreement at the time you signed it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of GA.
