Month to month, cancel with 14 days notice
For people between cars: a relocation, a lease that just ended, a build slot six months out. You pay a premium for the freedom to stop, and we say so on the invoice rather than hiding it.

Six month minimum, then month to month
The plan most members are on. Six months is long enough for us to buy the car properly and price it properly, which is why the payment drops against Flex without changing a single thing about the car.

A car payment is the easy number. The expensive surprises are the insurance renewal that jumps after a claim, the set of tyres at 30,000 miles, the emissions test, and the week the car is off the road and you are paying for a rental as well as the loan.
Bundling those into one payment does not make them free. It makes them predictable, and it moves the risk of an unusual year from you to us. That is the whole product.

Swap and exit
Every way out, priced
The part of a subscription that usually stays vague. Choose the plan and the month you are in and the four exits are costed, using a Mazda CX-5 on the ten thousand mile band as the worked example.

Swap to a different car
Allowance: 2 swaps per year. Swap fee $99. Your payment changes to the new car's rate.

Month 4 of a 6 month minimum. 3 remaining months charged at 50%.

Transfer it to someone else
Available from month three. The incoming member passes the same licence and credit checks and the car is inspected at handover. Usually the cheapest exit from a commitment.

Keep going
After month 6 the agreement runs month to month with 30 days notice. Nothing renews automatically for a fixed term.
Late return without notice is $75 a day. Excess wear is charged against the published return standards and capped at $1,500. Sample figures.
